The leaders of the Bulgarian Socialist Party, "We Continue the Change" and "Democratic Bulgaria" held a long meeting on Sunday night. However, they did not tell the media what they had decided at the extraordinary coalition meeting.

The Executive Bureau of the Bulgarian Socialist Party is meeting on Monday, July 25, to decide what to do with the third, and last, cabinet-forming mandate. Before the forum, outgoing Minister of Labor and Social Policy Georgi Gyokov admitted that the chances of forming a government were slim to none. In his words, there is a gap in the country's constitution, as it does not specify when the mandate-holder should return the third exploratory government-forming mandate.
