The Ministry of Defence has ensured full possible transparency of the entire process for the purchase of the second batch of F-16 aircraft.
On social media, outgoing Defence Minister Dragomir Zakov pointed out that Bulgaria’s request about the deal has been sent a year ago by the then caretaker cabinet. Zakov's comments were in response to a statement by BSP leader Kornelia Ninova, to BNT, that she only learned about the prepared investment expenditure for the new 8 aircraft at the last government meeting, and then she and the BSP ministers left the meeting.
