Three medals for Bulgaria at the European Youth Olympic Festival

Bulgaria's Elena Argirova won a bronze medal in the Triple Jump at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Banska Bystritsa, Slovakia.

Argirova won with a personal best of 12.44 meters and recorded two more very good jumps of 12.41 and 12.39 meters. 

The champion was Aurėja BENIUŠYTĖ from Lithuania with 13.04 meters and the silver with 12.51 meters was claimed by Tatiana Pereira from Portugal. 

15-year-old Elena Argirova's medal is the third bronze for Bulgaria, at the European Youth Olympic Festival in Banska Bistrica.
