Bulgaria has great potential for development, EC President Ursula von der Leyen says

According to President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, Bulgaria has great potential for development. “I have seen this myself in Sofia, where I have met many young and talented people with fresh ideas and great optimism for the future. The key issue is overcoming obstacles holding you back on the path to prosperity and an inclusive society", she said in an interview with "Dnevnik”.

 According to Ursula von der Leyen, in order to overcome the problems, Bulgaria must strengthen its institutional capacity, carry out structural reforms and make smart investments.
