According to the latest Eurostat data for 2020, published today, 80% of Bulgarians of working age up to 65 living in households with low economic activity are at risk of poverty. According to this indicator, the country ranks fourth among the member states of the European Union in which an average of 64 percent of able-bodied Europeans from households with low economic activity are at risk of poverty. Lithuania ranks first with 85.4%, followed by Romania and Latvia - respectively 84.2 and 80.6%. The percentage in Denmark is 48.7%.
