Thousands of Plovdiv residents and guests of the city tasted the pudding distributed on "Ashure Day" . On this day, Muslims in Bulgaria prepare ashure (Noah’s Pudding) and distribute it to their neighbors, regardless of whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims.
