“The problem with the second gas interconnector between Greece and Bulgaria is the unfinished construction work. We are expecting a day-to-day timetable of performance of the works from the builder,” caretaker Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Ivan Shishkov said in an interview with bTV.
“The interconnector with Greece might not be made operational by 1 November,” said on his part Bulgargaz CEO Lyudmil Yotsov during a meeting with the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission. Yotsov rejected the sharp criticism by the head of the energy watchdog Ivan Ivanov that the price projections must be announced on time.
