Weather forecast for August 14

Cloudy Sunday with showers and thunderstorms

At night, there will be considerable cloudiness over the western and northeastern regions of Bulgaria, as well as rain showers. The sky will be mostly clear over the rest of the country. On August 14 showers and thunderstorms are expected in many regions of the country, as rainfalls will be more significant in the western and central parts of Bulgaria. The highest temperatures will be between 23° and 28°C, in the eastern regions - up to 30°-32°C; in Sofia around 23°C.

There will be considerable cloudiness over the Bulgarian mountains. There will be weak to moderate southeasterly wind. In eastern Bulgaria the wind will be from the northeast. The highest temperature at 1200 m will be around 19°C, at 2000 m - around 11°C.

At the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny, but in the afternoon and evening there will be cumulus clouds and in many places precipitation and thunders can be expected. The highest temperatures will be 27°-29°C and the sea water temperature is 25-26°C.
