The caretaker government strongly supports compensation for businesses over high gas prices and will therefore prepare a compensation scheme to propose to the next parliament, the caretaker minister of economy and industry Nikola Stoyanov said at the opening of a specialized industrial machinery and technology expo.
He said the cabinet was doing its utmost to secure natural gas for businesses - including providing additional supplies as early as this winter.
