Polling stations are now open everywhere in the US. In Chicago, lower voter turnout is being monitored in the eight polling stations there.

New England and Massachusetts reported higher voter turnout.

In Florida, where there were problems opening the polling stations due to Hurricane Ian, election volunteers have done their best and voting is already underway in Naples, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, but the situation in the state remains dire. Gergana Nikolova from Sarasota told BNR that she wants to vote but won't be able to because the streets are flooded and she can't leave the area where she lives.

All 14 polling stations across Canada are open to voters, the Bulgarian Foreign Affairs Ministry reported. Voting takes place in Vancouver, Edmonton, Ottawa, Montreal and Toronto.

Election day is now over in Singapore.
