We promised our voters very clearly that we will not form a coalition with GERB and MRF and we will fulfill our promise, the co-chairman of "We Continue the Change" (PP) and former prime minister Kiril Petkov told journalists

Commenting on the second place occupied by the PP, the party co-chairman Assen Vassilev stated: "We do not agree with the way GERB have governed the country, but the Bulgarian citizens have spoken".

He indicated that his party will continue to defend its positions through the tools given to it by the parliament.

"What we will fight for is what we declared in our election campaign. We want a Bulgaria that is a European country, with a social budget that does not allow money to be spent opaquely".

Vassilev wished GERB success in forming a government on the threshold of the harsh winter ahead. "If we don't have a stable government, all Bulgarians will suffer, regardless of who voted for whom," he added.
