A virtual room created within the mobile application "Tell Me" will help young people overcome negative emotions such as anxiety, loneliness, sadness, fear and anger, UNICEF Bulgaria said. Access to the platform is anonymous and free for all young people up to the age of 24 and their parents. They can find specific tips that can help them reduce anxiety, as well as tips for boosting self-esteem and better sleep.
Parents will also be able to learn how to provide emotional support to their children. The new platform is the result of the national campaign of UNICEF Bulgaria "Beyond the smiles. How are you really?", which aimed to support children and young people in Bulgaria to cope with anxiety and depression and to stress the importance of mental health.
