"The State Agency for Refugees refuses to take responsibility for the Ukrainian refugees", Professor Rumen Draganov, Director of the Institute for Analysis and Assessment in Tourism, said for Nova TV. According to him, the responsibility was shifted to the Ministry of Tourism.

In his words, accommodating the war refugees in hotels at the coastal resorts is a mistake, because these facilities are not adapted for winter conditions. According to Rumen Draganov, it is not clear how many of the Ukrainians who entered Bulgaria are still in the country. "The question now is whether we help those who really need it", Professor Draganov added.
