Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev invited the largest Parliamentary group GERB/SDS to consultations on Wednesday, October 26. “I will not rush with the consultations and the distribution of the government-forming mandates”, Bulgaria’s head of state Radev said.

“The National Assembly has a lot of work to do- to adopt next year’s state budget and important legislation relating to the Recovery and Resilience Plan. I expect the parties to assume responsibility and avoid making the mistake of the last Parliament when the MPs failed to form the relevant parliamentary committees for one whole month and a series of scandals weakened the Parliament’s activity", Rumen Radev said.
