We hope a government will be formed, but as we have stated before, we shall not support a government on the first mandate of GERB-SDS, and will remain in opposition,” Petar Kulenski, deputy chairman of the parliamentary group of We Continue the Change told reporters in parliament building, and added that We Continue the Change have 16 priorities for helping citizens and businesses and for combatting corruption, on which they shall be working in this National Assembly. “It is very important to us that there is a budget for next year, so we are expecting the caretaker government to submit a budget we can work on to the National Assembly,” he said
In a comment on the consultations with the President on the formation of a cabinet, the leader of the nationalist Vazrazhdane party Kostadin Kostadinov told reporters that he did not expect the parties to reach a consensus. Asked whether Vazrazhdane was prepared to make compromises, Kostadinov stated that Vazrazhdane was ready to talk to everyone, but only about policies.
