Ukrainian troops have recaptured 41 mine-strewn villages in southern Ukraine, abandoned by Russian forces, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced in his evening video address. It comes a day after Moscow announced its withdrawal from the strategic southern city of Kherson. So far, however, there is no evidence of a mass exodus from the city.
