Cyberattack disrupts the website of Bulgaria’s government

The website of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria is now available. Earlier on Sunday, it was subjected to a hacker attack. The government press service assured that the necessary actions had been taken to restore access.

Last Sunday, the Russian hacker group "Killnet" attacked the website of the State Intelligence Agency. The website does not store sensitive information or personal data, caretaker Minister of Interior Ivan Demerdzhiev assured.

About a month ago, the Russian hacker group "Killnet" attacked a total of 14 websites of Bulgarian institutions - ministries, the presidency, websites of banks, mobile operators, etc.
