"With a total of 70 MPs of two parties you cannot form a cabinet and cannot secure quorum. The only chance for that happening is with a post-election document signed by the parties that would support it.” That is how the leader of GERB, Boyko Borissov, commented the probability of "We Continue the Change" and "Democratic Bulgaria" forming a cabinet.

Boyko Borissov said that GERB and President Rumen Radev hadn't got closer, as claimed by "We Continue the Change" and added that he had not met with the head of state for years, but if he was invited, he would go to talk with him.
