Premier Donev assures Ursula von der Leyen of cabinet’s commitment to implement the National Recovery and Resilience Plan

Bulgaria’s caretaker Premier Galab Donev sent a letter to European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. Galab Donev thanked Ursula von der Leyen for her high assessment of the quality of the Bulgarian National Recovery and Resilience Plan and the progress on its implementation. 

Premier Donev assured Von der Leyen that the caretaker cabinet is now focusing on implementing the next goals, including important steps concerning the rule of law, the fight against corruption, energy efficiency, investments, etc. Premier Donev also reaffirmed the Bulgarian government's firm commitment to continue implementing the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
