BSP leader: If we cannot form a cabinet, we will not delay the mandate

"If we see that there is no way to form a cabinet, we will return the mandate. We have no intention of delaying the situation. It will be difficult to find a majority, but it is not impossible." This is what the leader of the BSP - the third-term winning party, Kornelia Ninova, said to BTV, given that the Constitution does not include a deadline for nominating a candidate for the third term of office.

Regarding the government's formula, Ninova said that if it comes to that, the BSP will comply with the others who support them.

"We are the mandate holder, but we are absolutely aware that with 24 deputies we cannot form a government by ourselves. We need a calm, normal, responsible conversation to decide whether there will be a cabinet or not," Ninova said.
