Today, the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) is to return the third and last government-forming mandate to Bulgaria’s head of state. The decision was taken at a joint meeting of the parliamentary group and the executive bureau of BSP, as the socialists failed to find the necessary support from the other parliamentary forces.
