Martin Dimitrov from DB insisted on the immediate adoption of changes to the Insurance Act so that "we do not miss the last train to enter the Eurozone". The reason for the declaration he read was the lack of quorum at the Monday's meeting of the Economic Policy Committee, which prevented the adoption of the changes at second reading.
