Bulgarian musicians Hristo Yotsov and Mihail Yosifov launched a joint project- Yo-YO Band, and presented their first album of the same name.
Yo-Yo is the name of the joint music project of Hristo Yotsov and Mihail Yosifov (Yotsov-Yosifov Band).
Mihail Yosifov and Hristo Yotsov are the band‘s constant members. Acclaimed musicians and young performers are guest musicians. "It is something like Art Blakey and his band The Jazz Messengers that once turned into a platform which brought worldwide fame to many jazz musicians," says Hristo Yotsov.
The album was recorded in the space of two days at the end of 2022 in “88 STUDIO”. It consists of 10 original pieces by Mihail Yosifov and Hristo Yotsov, including "Sharks Never Sleep".
