"The NDSV representatives in the country are being revived. We are getting encouraging results". Prof. Ognyan Gerdzhikov, lawyer, speaker of the 39th National Assembly, former caretaker prime minister, one of the representatives of the NDSV, told the BNR.

According to him, the resurrected party reappearing on the political scene will be able to jump over the 4 percent barrier to enter the parliament. According to Gerdzhikov, the NDSV is open to talks with all parties, with the exception of Vazrazhdane party, which, according to him, professes a different political religion.

The NDSV has yet to decide whether it will run independently in the elections or will look for a partner.

The National Movement for Stability and Rise (NDSV) is a liberal party founded in 2001 as the Simeon II National Movement by Simeon Saxe-Coburg Gotha. The party participated in two coalition governments (2001-2005, 2005-2009). After being left out of the parliament in the 2009 elections, the NDSV also left the political scene.
