No Covid-related deaths reported in Bulgaria for second day running

16 is the number of new Covid-19 cases out of 559 tests performed in the country in the past 24 hours, 9 down on the previous day, official data show.

The positivity rate is 3.5% versus 3.1% on Sunday. The number of active cases is up by 13 to 2,653.

The number of patients being treated in hospital is down by 2 to 185, of them 23 in intensive care, two people have been admitted to hospital in the past day.

No Covid-related deaths have been reported in the country in the past day, 4 have been reported as recovered.

There have been no vaccinations against Covid-19 in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours.
