Illegal migrants detained in Sofia

Five illegal migrants from Pakistan have been detained in Sofia’s Lyulin residential area after a car chased with police.

The police officers signaled a van on the road but the driver refused to comply, and a car chase ensued. Ultimately the police were able to stop the vehicle but the driver fled the scene. The migrants state they do not have any ID. There is an increased police presence in the area, the police are searching for the driver.
