Viktoriya Tomova qualified for the next round of the 2023 Miami Open tennis tournament. In the second round of the qualifiers Tomova lost 2:6, 3:6 to Victorija Golubic (Switzerland). However, she entered the main draw as a "lucky loser" after the withdrawal of Lauren Davis (USA) from the tournament.
