Ivan Hristanov: Caretaker minister informed me about talks between GERB and DB on forming a cabinet

“A minister in the caretaker cabinet has informed me about talks between GERB-SDS and Democratic Bulgaria on forming a government. So far, representatives of "We Continue the Change" are not involved”, former MP Ivan Hristanov said for the BNR. Ivan Hristanov served as Deputy Minister of Agriculture in the cabinet of Kiril Petkov.

Hristanov was one of the founders of “We Continue the Change”. However, he left the party before the last parliamentary elections. He said he was shocked by the public calls for a split in the leadership of the political formation. According to the politician, who is trying to form a new party, "there will be no winner in this play of breakdown in the leadership of We Continue the Change”.
