World Dance Day celebrated with Sofia's longest horo chain

More than 1300 dance in front of the National Palace of Culture

More than 1,300 dancers from all over Bulgaria gathered in front of the National Palace of Culture in the capital to celebrate International Dance Day and spread a message of peace around the world.

"The longest horo chain dance" in Sofia is an initiative of the National Folklore Ensemble "Bulgare" and the Association of Choreographers in Bulgaria. The organiser's aim is to promote the event every year so that it grows more popular and involves more and more people.
