The agriculture ministries of Bulgaria and Ukraine are beginning work on drafting joint mechanisms of action in the event of market disruptions, including abrupt changes in the prices of sunflower oil. Agreement on this was reached in Sofia by Bulgaria’s Agriculture Minister Yavor Gechev and the Agriculture Minister of Ukraine Mykola Solskyi.
