A postage stamp to be validated on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Bulgarian Olympic Committee

A postage stamp will be validated on May 18 on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Bulgarian Olympic Committee. The event will take place at the Museum of Communications in Sofia. International Olympic Committee President Thomas Bach will attend the ceremony. 

Thomas Bach is visiting Bulgaria in connection with the celebrations marking the 100th anniversary of BOC. "I am honoured to be part of the celebrations to mark the 100th anniversary of the Bulgarian Olympic Committee. Bulgaria is a country with great traditions and many successes in world sports. You can be proud of your history", Thomas Bach said after he arrived in Bulgaria.
