GERB party leader Boyko Borissov is not ruling out a “constitutional government” as an option for forming a cabinet.
“Changes to the Constitution also require no less than 160 votes (out of the 240 members of parliament – editorial note), and in the coming few days there could be shuttles on the matter,” he told reporters in the National Assembly, and added that if next week a government is not formed, there will be no state budget.
