Even before Elena Sirakova gained fame with her participation in the popular TV show The Voice of Bulgaria, in 2019, she made an impression on the music editors of the BNR’s Top 20 music chart with her debut single So Cold. Now, Elena is in the Top 20 again, with her latest song Trees, a song about love, a special, all-embracing, eternal kind of love of oneself, and of the world around. Because, whether we are in a club in New York or in a hut on Mount Vitosha, whether we have found love or are still looking for it, whether we feel at home or feel like we are the alien in the room, whether we are applauded or ignored, we must remain true to our hearts, and live life with love and with a smile. However hard life may seem we can always find our fairytale, be part of it and tell it to someone else.
As with most of her songs, the lyrics and the music are by Elena Sirakova. The arrangement is by Elena, together with Julian Yanev (piano), Momchil Kossev (guitar and trombone), and Viktor Viktorov (drums). The video was developed by Elena and Bianca Hinova, who has directed all of Elena Sirakova’s videos, with Georgi Gvozdev as cameraman, the editing is by Desislava Petrova.
The song will be included in Elena Sirakova’s new album, which is expected in June.
