The European leaders will try to persuade Bulgaria to help provide Ukraine with ammunition, European Commission Vice President Věra Jourová stated, and added that there were no special measures or procedures, and that there were always methods of negotiating and convincing one country or another of the need to provide Ukraine with the weapons and ammunition it needs.
