“I do not expect the kiss between Boyko Borissov (GERB) and Kiril Petkov (We Continue the Change/Democratic Bulgaria) to bear any fruit other than disgust, and disgust cannot lead to trust and sustainable decisions,” President Rumen Radev told reporters before the start of the European political community summit in Moldova.

“I believe that Mariya Gabriel (GERB) and Nikolay Denkov (We Continue the Change) are very close to a solution,” said in parliament GERB leader Boyko Borissov, and added that “nothing is agreed until everything is agreed”. GERB/SDS have not nominated experts for the draft cabinet. “The party of change want to take the responsibility themselves, including with political figures,” Boyko Borissov said.
