Weather forecast: A slight drop in temperatures

On Saturday, a cold atmospheric front will sweep across the country. Cumulonimbus clouds will develop over the Northwestern part of the country in the morning, and will spread to Southeastern Bulgaria in the afternoon and until midnight, and there will rapid rain bursts with thunder. Hail is also in the forecast. Daytime temperatures will drop slightly, reaching a maximum of 22-27° C., for Sofia around 22° C.

Over the mountains there will be cumulonimbus clouds and rapid bursts of rain, and thunderstorms. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m. around 16° C., at 2,000 m. around 10° C.

Over the Black Sea coastline, the weather will be predominantly sunny. Maximum temperatures 21-24° C., temperature of the sea water 20-22° C.
