Bulgaria's National Assembly to elect a new government

The Speaker of the National Assembly, Rosen Zhelyazkov, is convening an extraordinary parliamentary meeting today with three points - electing of Prime Minister, adopting of the structure of the Council of Ministers and electing the Council of Ministers, the parliamentary press center announced. 


Prime Minister nominee Nikolay Denkov yesterday returned the completed second exploratory mandate for forming a cabinet, and President Rumen Radev signed the decree for voting on the cabinet proposed by "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria".

"Bulgaria needs institutions and politicians who are really led by the Bulgarian people, who work for security, justice and against corruption, as expected by all honorable Bulgarian citizens, who strengthen the country's sovereignty and work to deepen our European integration ", the Bulgarian head of state said.
