The signatories include the leaders of GERB party Boyko Borissov, of Democratic Bulgaria (DB) Atanas Atanasov and Hristo Ivanov and of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Mustafa Karadayi, the chairman of the There Is Such a People (ITN) parliamentary group Toshko Yordanov.
