“Russian armed forces do not attack civilian objects on the territory of Ukraine”, Russia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov said at a press conference in response to a question by the BNR’s correspondent in Moscow Angel Grigorov. Lavrov was asked whether he could confirm the official figures of the United Nations on the number of civilian casualties in Ukraine. "I have no information where the UN gets its information from.
