Weather forecast for 22 July

Saturday will be hot and mostly sunny. Scattered clouds will develop in the afternoon and there will be brief showers and thunderstorms in places, and conditions for hail. Maximum temperatures will be between 35° and 40°C, in Sofia around 35°.

In the mountains the weather will be mostly sunny. There will be cumulus clouds. Short showers and thunderstorms are possible in the afternoon. In the high and open parts the wind will be moderate, to temporarily strong, from the west. The maximum temperature at 1,200 m will be about 30°C, at 2,000 m about 22°C.

Along the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny, with transient clouds in the afternoon. In some places it will rain and thunder. Maximum temperatures will be 30°-33°C and 25°-28°C at sea water. Sea swell will be around 2.
