PFC Levski Sofia reported that the club was fined 40,000 euros by UEFA because of discriminatory behavior of supporters of the blue team during the match against "Shkupi" in Skopje.

"Levski" was also banned from having audience and selling tickets for its next guest match in Europe. In case of a new offense during hosting matches of the European club tournaments, the "Georgi Asparuhov" stadium will be partially closed.

"Once again, we call on all fans to support the team in the match against Shkupi in Sofia on August 3, without any acts of aggression, violence, racism, discrimination, xenophobia and political slogans, which could bring further heavy punishments from UEFA to our beloved club," PFC Levski said.
