The Bulgarian Ministry of Defence has announced that the Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate at the Ukrainian Defense Ministry Kyrylo Budanov paid an official visit to Bulgaria at the head of a delegation.
During the visit, General Budanov met with Bulgaria’s Minister of Defence Todor Tagarev, as well as with Military Intelligence Service Director Brigadier General Venelin Venev.
