Orchestra from Taraclia to take part in the celebrations dedicated to the 146th anniversary of the Shipka Epopee

 “Vazrazhdane” Brass Band of the Regional House of Culture in Taraclia will take part in the celebrations in Gabrovo dedicated to the 146th anniversary of the Shipka Epopee, BTA reported. The brass orchestra was invited on a three day visit by the Regional Governor of Gabrovo Maria Basheva-Venkova. The musicians will perform at the Art Gallery “Hristo Tsokev”. An exhibition entitled "The participation of Bulgarian volunteers from Bessarabia in the Russo-Turkish War of 1877 - 1878" will open today at the art gallery. The opening ceremony will be attended by Taraclia District Chairman Ivan Paslar.  “Vazrazhdane” Brass Band was founded in 1982 in the town of Taraclia, Moldova.

The commemoration of the 146th anniversary of the Shipka Epopee will take place on August 19 (Saturday).
