Nearly 500 participants from Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine and Moldova to take part at the "Bulgarian Heritage" forum in Balchik

The costal town of Balchik hosts the 9th edition of the International Forum "Bulgarian Heritage". The event, which started on August 24th and continues until August 26, gathered about 500 participants from Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine and Moldova. The 150th death anniversary of the Apostle of Freedom Vasil Levski and the ethnology of the Bulgarians are among the topics of the forum. A folklore competition for songs, dances and folklore traditions will be held at the community center downtown Balchik between 9.00 am and 17.00 pm on August 25, the correspondent of BNR-Varna in Balchik Albena Ivanova reported.
