Dozens of citizens held a vigil in memory of 15-year-old Philip, who was run over by a drunk driver on a pedestrian crossing in central Sofia. Classmates of the deceased boy sat at the scene of the accident, and relatives of children killed in similar accidents laid flowers and lit candles. Meanwhile, the Prosecutor’s Office has indicted the driver, who was caught with two permille alcohol in his blood, for causing death after intentionally violating traffic rules. The driver was detained for 72 hours.
