Bulgaria’s Petar Mitsin has won the 400 m. freestyle event at the World Aquatics Junior Swimming Championships in Netanya, Israel.

The 18-year old swimmer from the club Vihren, Sandanski, who holds the record in this event, clocked 3:46.49 minutes, ahead of Italy’s Alessandro Ragaini (3:46.66) and Filippo Bertoni (3:48.73).
