Bulgaria’s Desislava Angelova qualifies for World Rowing Championships skiff finals

At the 2023 World Rowing Championships in Belgrade, Bulgaria’s Desislava Angelova qualified for the women’s skiff “A” finals.

Angelova finished third in the first semi-final, clocking 7:42.45 minutes in the 2,000 m., thus securing for herself a place in the battle for the medals, and earning he first Olympic quota for Bulgaria for the rowing competition in Paris in 2024. 

On Sunday, Desislava Angelova will be competing for a medal at the final of the event.
