The Energy and Water Regulatory Commission has decided that the price of natural gas for November will rise by 36% and will be sold for 41.99 EUR per megawatt hour, excluding taxes and fees.

Among the main factors for the price rise are the significant growth of the price index at the Dutch Stock Exchange for November, the increased supplies for the upcoming heating season and the negative impact of the military conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East on the market prices of natural gas.
