“They are going to encounter stiff resistance over the budget, we have said we are not going to raise taxes,” said GERB leader Boyko Borissov in Veliko Turnovo, addressing the participants in the national conference of GERB party.
The forum is to decide whether and how to continue the cooperation with We Continue the Change/Democratic Bulgaria (PP/DB) for supporting the government. “For three years nothing was being done. Now we have to explain to people whether there is any point in continuing the support,” Boyko Borissov stated, and called for the conference not to be streamed on the internet, saying there was going to be a lot of criticism of the government.
