Long queue of trucks at "Kapitan Andreevo" border checkpoint with Turkey

A 15-kilometer-long queue of heavy vehicles has formed at the Kapitan Andreevo border crossing. Over 2,000 trucks are processed per day at the entrance and exit, it was reported.

Border officials attribute the increased traffic to the approaching Christmas holidays, when businesses will be closed and are now rushing to deliver the goods. The information is provided by Dora Atanasova, BNR correspondent in Haskovo.
